What exactly am I referring to? If you are asking the client on the phone about "What impact is this going to have on your business in 5 months from now..." or "How is this going to help you grow your business?" and he tells you something along the lines of "I don't see how this is relevant" - well then you probably struggle with this in one form or another.

I wanted to give guidance or a framework for those that have been struggling with this.

The idea is this: As a general rule we can say, people only buy if they want something. Whether they need it or not doesn't really matter. But just having a need will not get them to buy.

This is why it's important for you to create a desire during the sales call.
